Closing: The day of or the day before closing the buyer and their realtor do a walk through. That is where we would make sure that the items that are on the contract are left at the home (like appliances), the lawn has been maintained, and repairs are completed as per the contract. You would bring a cashiers check for the down payment and closing costs and your ID with you to closing. (Some title companies require wired funds).
